Return & Refund Policy

At Lymphoria, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by Lymphoria within 30 days of delivery when:

• The item is defective; or

• The wrong item was delivered.

No restocking fees are charged.

Specific Return Conditions

Change of Mind

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Defective Product

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide photos showing the defect. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Product Damaged During Shipping

Please send us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the situation and cover any necessary return or replacement costs where applicable.

Incorrect Product Received

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange the return at our expense and send you the correct item.

Product Not Received

Please contact us within 48 hours after the estimated delivery date so that we can open an investigation with the carrier. If the package cannot be located, a full refund or replacement will be offered.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us via email. If the order has already been shipped, the standard return procedure must be followed after the package is received.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges.

To request an exchange, please first return the original item. Once the return has been approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.
