At Lymphoria, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by Lymphoria within 30 days of delivery when:

  • The item is defective; or

  • The wrong item was delivered.

No restocking fees are charged.

Change of Mind

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Defective Product

Order Cancellation
