If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation, please contact us.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

We are unable to modify a shipping address once an order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@lymphoriaofficial.com, including your order number and any relevant photos if applicable.

We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and provide a resolution within 7 business days.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at contact@lymphoriaofficial.com.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
