If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

We are unable to modify the shipping address once an order has been dispatched.
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@lymphoria.fr with your order number and photos if applicable.
We will open an investigation with the carrier and provide a resolution within 7 business days.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it at contact@lymphoria.fr.
